Who doesn't love a good read aloud? I know I sure do!
Check out this article for a giant list of podcasts broken down by age group. You will find a podcast that works for you and your students. Whether you listen as a group or provide options for small group or individual listening time, podcasts can be a wonderful addition to every classroom.
As a bonus: there is an included "Activity to Try" after the quick description of each podcast. Thank you, We Are Teachers for the ideas to try!
Also - don't strictly follow the recommendations. For example, the "But Why?" podcast is perfect for students of ALL ages. (It's a favorite at my house with my own girls.)
Psst! Podcasts aren't just for kids! I do a lot of learning with podcasts. Be sure to check out some good podcasts for yourself, too!
