These two books would be great additions to your classroom or school library. I borrowed them from my public library to check them out and they didn't disappoint!
The authors have a pretty cool story (found right inside the front cover) - it's a father-daughter team.
Here's how the books work: there is a short narrative with a math or science mystery. Each one ends with a question that leaves the reader hanging ... and itching to figure out the answer! Don't worry - the answer is on the next page, so you don't have to go far.
I love how the books are organized, too! They are grouped in topics in each subject ↬ example: Life Science, Physical Science, etc.
POSSIBLE USES ↬ Read a story in the book and challenge your students to solve it. After awhile, you and your students can start writing and sharing your own short mysteries!
