WEBSITE ↬ i know it!
AUDIENCE ↬ teachers & students
CONTENT ↬ math
GRADE LEVELS ↬ grades K - 5
This website is incredible! If you teach math you have to check it out. Broken down by grade, then separated by strands, it's a great place to allow students to practice their math skills. You can use with or without accounts.
This is also a great way to intro students to skills as well as support the students as they are learning.
*** One thing to note - there is a free version & a paid version. Paid has obvious pros of data collection. But a free account can really help your students without the built in data collection - or you could find a way track it in a notebook or other digital means (a Google Sheet would be cool!). And this would allow for some good data analysis, too!
I tried this out without signing up and it stopped me after 12 questions and prompted me to sign up. Is this what the "free version" will always do? If so, a student can't complete a full set of 15 questions, which might be frustrating... what is your experience? thanks!
ReplyDeleteI apologize ... I should have said you can try it out without creating an account. But you can create a free account, too! Obviously the paid version is going to offer the teacher more - data and such, but the free account works nicely, too! I've amended the blog itself. :)
