CommonLit is a FREE collection of fiction and nonfiction for 3rd-12th grade classrooms. Search and filter the collection by Lexile level, grade, theme, genre, literary device, or common core standard. You definitely need to check out the paired texts, too.
A great place to start is either on the Library (you can use their filtering ability to dig for what you want) OR on their FAQ page (it's packed with quick start guides & how to's). They also have a Spanish library!
I also noticed a mention of a completely FREE curriculum for grades 6-12 in ELA coming this fall! Woot! I'm excited to see what it offers.
